Brief Overview

Love creating content that makes people stop scrolling? This property innovator wants someone with flair for Insta, TikTok and beyond to own their social and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll be capturing lifestyle shots, editing videos, running events and driving campaigns with a team that feels more like an agency than in‑house.

Based in the heart of Manchester, the marketing department is evolving very quickly and already has some real superstars in it and run like an agency, so best of both worlds. Your journey won’t be scripted – it’s about putting your stamp on the role, growing with the team, and creating a masterpiece of diverse social & content.

The role

Your days won’t be boring. One moment you’ll be planning Insta posts, the next you’ll be capturing content on site, editing videos or brainstorming ideas for digital noticeboards. You’ll be the one keeping social channels buzzing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, making sure the brand feels fresh and engaging. You’ll also get to dress apartments for shoots, design window displays, and create content that’s as Instagrammable as it is effective.

Working in tandem with the wider marketing & creative team, there are heaps of creativity involved and you’ll be key in developing and executing a range of campaigns, organic & paid. At your disposal is a brilliant mix of long serving employees, who offer fantastic insight and knowledge on the business, as well as a good injection of new talent who bring new fresh ideas.

Running events will also be part of the role, which range from small & intimate to larger ones. A key element of the role will be ongoing involvement and interaction with several areas of the business, such as sales and key stakeholders to keep driving campaigns that are increasing brand awareness.

What we’re looking for

What they’re really after is someone with a year or so of experience, a genuine interest in marketing, and a head for spotting those moments that make people stop scrolling. Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated.

You’ll proven ability to curate engaging & creative content across different platforms – Insta / Facebook / LinkedIn with a creative flare & a great eye for ‘Instagramable’ moments. Being competent in the use of MS Office suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), Canva, CapCut & Sprout Social is also handy. You will also go out on location and create content for their social media channels, with the flexibility to sometimes visit other cities for content creation and appear on camera if necessary.
