Overview

Well established sales organisation based in Manchester city centre is looking for a Social Media Manager who has experience in growing social platforms. Hybrid working.

This role combines managing social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn and growing them, along with creating graphics using Canva.

You will need previous experience creating content that will promote the organisation, grow it's followers and increase enquiries and traffic. Part of this role will be to also produce graphics for brochures, branding, slide decks and digital assets using Canva.

If you have any additional experience with PodCasts, video production & editing, then this would be an added bonus, but not essential.

Key duties will include:

  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience feedback.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyse social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Possess a knowledge and understanding of all major Social Media platforms.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to promote the brand and create growth across all platforms.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging with our community, and passing on any correspondence to specific teams and department members.
  • Run campaigns to promote the brand and generate leads for candidates and clients.
  • Be a champion our Company's image and vision to ensure consistency across all social media platforms and uphold our brand values in every interaction.
  • Be comfortable with taking the initiative, creating and testing new strategies.
