We’re looking for a regional Social Media Manager to lead organic channel content across a portfolio of our hotels at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin in the North of England & Scotland. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on capturing and creating platform‑native content that showcases each hotel’s character, drives engagement and supports commercial objectives.
You’ll be out regularly in our properties, building relationships with hotel teams and surfacing content opportunities that reflect what guests love about our brands. You’ll collaborate with the PR & Social Lead and the wider marketing team to keep content aligned to tone, calendar and campaigns while maintaining a strong sense of regional relevance.
This is a great role for someone confident with both the camera and the caption, someone who’s passionate about hospitality, obsessed with social trends, and can turn what’s happening on the ground into stories people want to watch and share.
