You will be responsible for managing our Facebook presence, including curating and scheduling posts, building engagement, and contributing to brand awareness among professionals, founders, and startup teams.This is a unique opportunity to gain specialized experience in Facebook growth strategies while contributing to a mission-driven tech platform.Activities

  • Plan, draft, and schedule posts using Facebook-native tools or publishing platforms.
  • Build engagement through replies, resharing, and thoughtful commentary.
  • Create visually engaging posts in collaboration with design or content teams.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize posts based on engagement.
  • Research trends and conversations relevant to startups, tech, and careers.
  • Support campaigns promoting volunteer stories, events, and startup collaborations

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Facebook’s platform, algorithms, and user behavior.
  • Excellent written communication and content planning skills.
  • Passion for startups, tech, and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
  • Previous experience managing LinkedIn pages or groups is a plus.

Duration

  • 3 hrs. per day Monday to Friday
  • 60 Volunteer Days over 3+ months
  • Part-time
  • Fully remote
