Job description

DNA Recruit is partnering with a dynamic, culture-led creative agency to find a hands‑on Social Media Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of multiple client accounts across brand, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.

This role suits someone who lives and breathes social; someone with sharp instincts for what performs, a creative eye for detail, and the confidence to own the full lifecycle of social content. You’ll plan, brief, create and deliver, working closely with creators, producers and internal teams to produce work that genuinely cuts through.

You’ll keep every moving part aligned, from content calendars to shoots, from creator sourcing to performance reporting to ensuring output is always on‑brand, on time and beautifully executed.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content & Campaigns
  • Owning the day‑to‑day delivery of social campaigns across multiple brands
  • Planning and maintaining forward‑facing content calendars (often 3 months ahead)
  • Developing creative concepts that align with wider brand and campaign strategies
  • Working confidently across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
  • Creating, briefing and reviewing trend‑aware, native social content
  • Bringing ideas to shoots, reviews and edits to ensure everything lands with the right tone
Creator & Community Management
  • Leading creator management from sourcing to briefing and delivery
  • Managing UGC and social‑first talent end‑to‑end
  • Coordinating shoots and edits with production partners and freelancers
  • Acting as the front line for community management — posting, engaging and reacting in real‑time
  • Building strong relationships with creators and influencers to support long‑term collaboration
Performance & Reporting
  • Monitoring content performance and presenting clear insights
  • Using data to refine strategy and future creative direction
  • Staying on top of emerging trends, new formats and algorithm shifts
  • Identifying opportunities to innovate, test and experiment
Collaboration & Culture
  • Working closely with brand, creative and client service teams to keep campaigns cohesive
  • Helping shape ideas that span social, brand and experience
  • Contributing to brainstorms, strategy sessions and wider agency culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing multiple brand social channels in an agency or fast‑paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of platform best practice — especially TikTok and Instagram
  • Experience with UGC, influencer outreach and creator partnerships
  • A keen creative eye and strong instincts for what performs online
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple accounts
  • Positive, proactive energy that lifts teams and projects
  • Curiosity for culture, content and the trends shaping audience behaviour
Culture & Perks

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team that values creativity, quick thinking and initiative. Expect opportunities to get involved in team events, growth moments, creative sessions and industry happenings — plus a supportive environment that encourages ownership and development.
