With an engaged community of customers, influencers, and professional partners, we’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our content strategy across platforms.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious social media creator who’s eager to produce content daily, jump on trends, and help drive brand growth through engaging storytelling. You’ll collaborate across all 4 regions, support our Professional Partners Program (premium tier), and help manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and practitioners.
You’ll be hands‑on—filming, editing, posting, scheduling—and also strategic—spotting trends, reporting on performance, and finding new ways to engage our community.
Produce high‑quality short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and static posts that align with our brand voice.
Jump on trending sounds, formats, and memes, adapting them for brand relevance.
Collaborate with team members, partners, and customers to create UGC‑style content.
Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand‑appropriate way.
Build and nurture relationships with micro‑influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
Support the execution of our premium practitioner/partner program, ensuring ongoing engagement and amplification of their content.
Assist in creating toolkits, content briefs, and assets for partner use.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute content calendars for product launches, promotions, and key brand campaigns.
Support influencer seeding campaigns and gifting initiatives at scale.
Monitor content performance and share actionable insights for optimisation.
Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Support paid ads team with creative testing assets.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
Research competitor activity and emerging trends.
1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketing (internships and freelance considered).
A natural content creator—comfortable on camera, strong eye for visuals, and quick editor.
Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong interest in health, wellness, lifestyle, and/or ecommerce.
A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment.
