Social Media Manager - London (Full Time)

NOTION MGMT is a fast-growing social media agency in the music and entertainment space - running socials for major labels, global artists, and underground talent. Our accounts reach millions every week. We move fast, think strategically, and obsess over what makes content actually perform.

Now we’re looking for a superstar Social Media Manager - someone who is a genuine expert in TikTok and Instagram.

Who You Are:

You’re the person whose “For You Page” is basically a research lab.

You’re obsessed with social media and the science behind high-performing content:

  • How hooks work
  • Why retention curves dip
  • Why some edits go viral
  • What cultural triggers shape performance
  • Which formats scale and which die off quickly
What You’ll Do:
  • Run accounts for artists, labels, and cultural community pages.
  • Build smart, insight-led strategies that reflect platform behaviour and align with clients brand.
  • Break down trends, edits, and viral mechanics - and turn them into ideas fast.
  • React instantly to trend spikes, opportunities, cultural shifts, and live moments.
  • Create and edit short‑form content with intention (hooks, pacing, retention).
  • Write SEO strong copy + text overlays that instantly grip viewers.
  • Manage posting, calendars, approvals, and client comms at speed.
  • Track results with clarity - and adjust strategy like a pro.
  • Insights and reports to clients and wider team: what’s working, what’s changing, what’s next.

This is not a “post and hope” role. It’s strategic. Creative. Technical. Fast‑moving.

What You Bring:
  • Deep, instinctive understanding of TikTok & Instagram culture.
  • A genuine fascination with content mechanics.
  • Hands‑on editing skills.
  • Strong creative judgement: you know when something slaps.
  • You study creators and why their content works.
