To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

Summary

Build and continually improve the Global social media strategy for Lotus. Delivering brand visibility across all relevant channels, building engagement and community to support brand growth and ultimately drive more sales.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver a cutting-edge social media strategy and best in class channel practices for the Global social media accounts.
  • Develop and manage strategic campaigns and content initiatives together with the Brand and marketing teams across all relevant social channels for each of our markets.
  • Establish the social media guidelines, KPI‑ and Performance frameworks and a social intelligence mindset across all markets
  • Create and maintain a clear profile of our target audience and their social media behavior based on data and insights
  • Achieve solid growth of our follower base on relevant channels in all of our markets

Responsible for global strategy and administration of the main accounts (outside of China).

Communication of strategies and brand content sharing to all global regions.

Requires knowledge of Social first strategies, content creation, community engagement, event and product promotion, social marketing strategies, Boosting and paid budgets.

Responsible for proposing Boosting strategies and managing approved budgets to drive appropriate ROI.

What you’ll bring : Essential
  • Deep understanding of social media channels, organic content, paid content
  • Fully up to date on the latest global trends in social
  • Passionate about telling stories
  • Data driven
  • Experience in working for strong brands in B2C communication (luxury brands is a plus)
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities and markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate and execute complex A / B and multivariate tests for growth marketing
  • Clear ability to communicate complicated concepts in an engaging manor
  • Self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships
  • Ability to use data to back up strategies and transparancey of data reporting to demonstrate results
  • Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus. Dutch is convenient, but not necessary.

Additional Information :
  • This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on‑site, full time.
  • Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
