  • Develop and deliver a multi‑brand social media strategy across Instagram and other channels
  • Plan and produce high‑quality content, including short‑form video, photography, reels, behind‑the‑scenes stories and campaign assets
  • Attend restaurant events, menu tastings, activations, and launches to capture dynamic live content
  • Build storytelling around chefs, teams, seasonal menus, and brand moments
Channel Management & Execution
  • Manage all social media accounts across the Caprice Restaurants portfolio. Including community management.
  • Own the social content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posting
  • Write and deliver engaging social captions in a polished, luxury tone of voice that's consistent with each brand.
  • Ensure each restaurant's brand identity is reflected accurately and creatively
Shoot Management & Execution
  • Work closely with the operations and creative team to assist with the production of high level shoots involving camera teams, chefs, FOH and talent inside our restaurants.
  • Own the end‑to‑end creation of best‑in‑class social content – workshopping ideas, collaborating with the creative team to shape concepts, and overseeing execution through to final delivery across all required channels.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs across all platforms: growth, reach, engagement, and content performance
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep Caprice ahead of the curve
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Recommend content optimisations based on data

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality content creation, particularly video and storytelling
  • Confident shooting on iPhone, using strong camera techniques to help our social content stand out, with extensive experience editing on‑device and a working knowledge of professional editing software. Comfortable using basic lighting set‑ups and accessories (e.g. gimbal) with a solid grounding in both photography and videography.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
  • Confident working with chefs, senior teams, and high‑profile individuals
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events, shoots, and activations when required
