The role entails content creation and community engagement, along with performance tracking and reporting. Qualifications
2 to 4 years’ experience in a social media role, ideally within apparel, performance, or lifestyle brands.
Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and what makes content work on each.
Experience shooting and editing content (iPhone + Adobe Suite or CapCut).
Highly organized and able to work at pace.
Commercially aware: understands how social contributes to brand and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day management of ThruDark’s social channels.
Schedule and publish content in line with the brand calendar.
Manage community interactions, DMs, and comments in a timely manner.
Track and report on channel performance: reach, engagement, follower growth.
Execute social rollouts for product launches and brand campaigns.
