Job summary

FindCore are assisting a leading not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Social Media Executive based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. You will develop new social media income streams, grow supporter acquisition and create innovative digital fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships or digital fundraising.
• Experience with campaigns focused on income generation and audience growth.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new social media fundraising and supporter acquisition opportunities.
• Build campaigns across influencer, affiliate and creator partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to generate income through emerging social platforms and digital formats.
• Work with creators, partners and online communities to increase reach and engagement.
• Plan and deliver social media campaigns, challenges and competitions designed to drive supporter growth.
• Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to improve results.
• Support paid social and digital partnership activity.
• Work closely with internal marketing and digital teams on campaign strategy.
• Identify new trends, platforms and monetisation opportunities across social media.
• Support the continued growth of digital fundraising activity.
