Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Social Media Executive in York to join our marketing team. The role focuses on creating engaging short-form video content and adapting ideas across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.

You will shoot, edit and repurpose video content, design social graphics and support campaigns, with a hybrid pattern requiring two days in the office each week. A strong portfolio and 1-3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in content creation, social media or video production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and social content.
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong filming, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive and confident working independently or as part of a team.
