About the Role
  • Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with brand values.
  • Manage community engagement – respond to queries, comments, and feedback, ensuring tone of voice is consistent.
  • Drive outreach and build relationships with online audiences.
  • Expand presence on TikTok, including setting up and running TikTok Shop.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and in‑store colleagues to capture authentic, creative content.
  • Analyse performance metrics, share insights, and make recommendations for optimisation.
About You
  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand.
  • Strong copy‑writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Confident using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite).
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable planning as well as executing content.
  • Experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop setup is desirable.
  • Passionate about organic living, sustainability, and wellness.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
