  • Support campaign rollouts by adapting content for different audiences and channels.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to build relationships which create engaging content for social media.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Flag opportunities for engagement and support the Social Media Lead in building relationships with followers, partners, and potentially influencers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Assist in tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports to inform optimisation and planning.
  • Use insights to suggest improvements to content and posting strategies.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead and wider marketing teams to ensure content supports wider brand campaigns, digital marketing and messaging.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Content, Design, Heads of Practice and PR) to gather assets and approvals.
  • Liaise with B2B brand manager to support the partner social media initiatives.
  • Maintain the social media calendar and ensure visibility of upcoming activity.
Platform & Trend Awareness
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Share ideas for new content formats, engagement tactics, and creative approaches.
  • Monitor competitor activity on social media.
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing or supporting social media channels for a brand or organisation.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, creative and visual content creation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and people skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for social media and brand storytelling.
