Job description
More Than Just A Job

As a proud B-Corp we focus on using business as a force for good. We do this by balancing out people and planet with profit. For every Mindful Chef recipe box bought we donate the equivalent of a school meal to a child in a less developed country (over 20 million meals donated and counting...) and we have also pledged to go Net Zero by 2030 but there are so many other initiatives that we would love to tell you about!

What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and data-savvy Social Media Executive to join our Growth team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a distinctive and inspirational content calendar that will grow our reach and followers on Instagram. You will create and execute content that performs strongly organically on both Instagram and Pinterest, all while being sensitive to our positioning in the food and health categories. You will be a key contributor to growing the reach of our brand's voice and online presence.

You are
  • Proven experience in a social media role, with a strong focus on Instagram and Pinterest.

  • A portfolio or examples of work that demonstrate an understanding of creating high-performing organic content in the food and health categories.

  • Passion for food, cooking, and a sensitivity to the premium lifestyle brand market.

  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.

  • A creative and proactive mindset, with a desire to experiment and learn.

You will
  • Content Creation & Delivery: Plan, create, and deliver a regular calendar of high-quality, distinctive, and inspirational content for our Instagram and Pinterest channels.

  • Audience Growth: Focus on growing our organic reach and follower base on Instagram and Pinterest through compelling content, engagement, and community building.

  • Channel Strategy: Ensure the content subject, format, and style are optimised for strong organic performance on both platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Manager for paid social media to ensure that organic and paid content amplify each other. Collaborate with the Brand team, especially the Partnership and Influencer Manager, and the Copywriter to tell cohesive brand stories across all channels.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights on content trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.

  • Quality Engagement: Respond to comments and engage with other brands in a way that is authentic, on‑brand, and helpful.

Why us?
  • A competitive package that rewards your skills and dedication.
  • Hybrid working from our office based in Wandsworth.
  • Be part of a Better Business (B-Corp), making a positive impact on profit, people, and planet.
  • Join an award‑winning startup backed by the largest food and beverage company globally.
  • Experience a workplace that feels like home, complete with free meals, a gym, a vertical farm, and pet‑friendly policies.
  • Prioritise your well‑being with perks like Vitality health insurance, access to learning resources, mental health support, and a generous holiday package (30 days + bank holidays).
  • Enjoy a 50% discount on all Mindful Chef products.
