GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join a busy marketing team. You will manage multiple social channels, create engaging content and support paid campaigns across multiple brands, driving digital presence and audience engagement.

The role covers content creation, email marketing, WordPress updates and campaign analytics. A dynamic, proactive candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with paid social media, ideally Meta Ads.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience delivering email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Mailchimp.
• Experience managing website content, ideally using WordPress.

Experienced in digital marketing, social media and creating engaging content?

We're recruiting for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join an established and growing marketing team within a highly respected, multi-brand business.

This is a varied, hands‑on opportunity covering social media, content creation, paid advertising, email marketing, website content and wider digital marketing activity. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and audiences, develop creative campaigns and bring fresh ideas to the table.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive, you will:

• Manage multiple social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn


• Create engaging content across video, Reels, graphics and copy


• Develop and implement social media strategies


• Support paid social campaigns, including Meta Ads


• Monitor analytics, engagement and campaign performance


• Create website and blog content


• Manage website updates through WordPress


• Deliver email marketing campaigns and newsletters


• Work with internal teams to source content and develop campaigns


• Support events, publications and wider marketing projects


• Identify new digital marketing and social media opportunities


• Work with external suppliers and creative partners

Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media or a similar role
