Social Media & Creator Manager - Consumer / Lifestyle - Start-up Creative Social / Influencer Agency

Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid: 3 days in office - Tue s/Thurs + 1 floating day)

Salary: £35,000

In just 18 months, they’ve grown from the ground up - now partnering with names across music and entertainment, global hospitality groups and creative brands that want to do things differently.

As they head into a new phase of growth, they’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Manager who lives and breathes digital culture - someone with a sharp instinct for trends, a social-first mindset and the confidence to turn creative ideas into high-impact content.

The role

You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day social activity across a range of exciting brand and music clients - from content planning and video editing to creator partnerships and community engagement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the fast-moving world of social, loves experimenting with content formats and knows what makes audiences stop scrolling.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working directly with senior leadership on campaigns that balance creativity, data and culture.

What you’ll do
  • Plan, post and manage daily social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more
  • Create short-form, social-first video edits that feel native, organic and on-trend
  • Keep a close eye on trends, hooks and cultural moments - spotting opportunities before they peak
  • Write smart, engaging copy that fits each brand’s tone of voice
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track
  • Engage and grow online communities - responding to comments and sparking conversation
  • Source and manage creator partnerships, coordinating briefs and deliverables
  • Track, analyse and report on performance, making data-driven recommendations for growth
  • Collaborate with account managers, clients, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class campaigns
What we’re looking for
  • Significant experience in social media management or content creation (agency or brand side)
  • A strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube - from algorithms to creative best practices
  • Confident editing short-form video (in-app or using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial awareness and clear KPIs (growth, views, engagement)
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative - able to bring ideas, energy, and structure to every brief
  • A genuine feel for culture - whether that’s music, fashion, or travel - and how brands can tap into it
  • Based in or near London, with the ability to attend shoots and office days regularly
