As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll help to accelerate audience growth, influence and connection with people practitioners, organisations and CIPD members across our social media channels - including LinkedIn (412,000 followers), Instagram and TikTok. Working across a wide range of HR audiences, from generalists and specialists to senior decision-makers, you'll translate the CIPD's expertise and insight into engaging, platform-native content, including short-form video and on-camera formats. You'll adapt messaging and content to make complex workforce topics relevant and compelling for different audiences, while actively building engagement by recognising career milestones and achievements, and fostering connection with practitioners and organisations. You'll also test new, scalable content approaches, respond to user-generated content, and contribute to the CIPD's member and customer satisfaction ambitions - helping raise awareness of our resources, thought leadership and membership benefits.
