Overview
As a creative and detail-driven Social Media Content Creator, you will be producing high-quality visual content that brings the brand to life across all digital channels with a key focus on Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll be responsible for editing and repurposing existing photography and video into scroll-stopping social assets, while managing a consistent posting schedule that reflects the brand identity. Working closely with management, you will own the plan for the social calendar, prepare content for approval, and ensure posts go out on time.
This role is ideal for a Content Creator with a strong eye for design, a passion for fashion and youth culture, and the organisational skills to keep social channels consistent and impactful on behalf of a highly successful, growing lifestyle brand with a strong social following and physical store presence.

Role Overview
Content Creation & Social Media
- Transform existing brand photography and campaign assets into engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Edit and adapt content into formats optimised for each platform (Reels, Stories, carousels, short-form video, static posts).
- Ensure all content aligns with Goose & Gander’s tone, visual style, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and organise a content library of approved social assets.
- Capture user-generated content (UGC) and behind-the-scenes content at campaigns, community launches, the Cabot store, and other brand activations to showcase authentic brand moments.
- Generate creative assets for paid social ads, ensuring content is performance-driven while staying brand-aligned.
Social Media Planning & Scheduling
- Work with management to create a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Prepare, edit, and schedule posts in advance, ensuring everything is signed off and posted on time.
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration & Brand Growth
- Support marketing campaigns, retail activations, and community events with social-ready content.
- Collaborate with the wider team to amplify key launches and moments.
- Provide input on content performance and engagement to shape future strategies.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, editing or management (fashion or lifestyle is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency with editing/design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills, comfortable working with planning tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent.
- Organised and detail-focused — ensuring posts are always signed off and scheduled on time.
- Proven ability to build social engagement and community loyalty.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for brand tone of voice.
- Data-driven with experience in reporting analytics and applying insights.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and comfortable working in a small, agile team.
