Job summary

A community arts organization in Belfast is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote services. Ideal candidates will have a background in film and video recording, with a L3 qualification or equivalent. Responsibilities

  • Promote all services offered by AMPS Studio.
  • Capture feedback from studio clients.
  • Create engaging content.
  • Record and edit audio/video.
  • Set up and break down equipment.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety.
  • Store equipment safely.
  • Collaborate with recording engineers.
  • Communicate clearly with clients.
  • Contribute to studio processes.

Skills

Film and video recording (L3 or higher)

THE EMPLOYER IS: FALLS COMMUNITY COUNCIL - AMPS STUDIOAs Social Media Content Creator, you will be in charge of the social media accounts, creating and distributing engaging content to promote AMPS Studio. The appointed applicant will be AccessNI checked.

Responsibilities
  • Promotion of all services offered by AMPS Studio.
  • Capturing feedback from studio clients.
  • Creation of engaging content.
  • Recording and editing.
  • Equipment set-up and breakdown.
  • Work place health and safety.
  • Safe Storage of equipment.
  • Working with recording engineer/s.
  • Communicating clearly with clients and industry contacts.
  • Contribute to studio processes and protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
  • L3 or higher in film and video recording or evidence of working in this field for a period of 3 years or more (voluntary work recognised).
  • Should be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to targeted deadlines.
  • Open to flexi working patterns.
  • Willing to undertake training on-site or off-site.
  • Open to the promotion of new services within AMPS Studio.
  • Awareness of online distribution and video content deliverables.
