Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team at the start of their career in digital marketing. This hybrid role, based in London three days per week, will give you hands‑on experience working across a variety of clients and campaigns.

As Social Media Assistant, you’ll support the wider content and strategy team with day‑to‑day tasks, while learning the fundamentals of social media management, content creation, and campaign delivery. This is an entry‑level position and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Support the team with drafting and scheduling social media posts.
  • Assist in managing content calendars to keep campaigns running smoothly.
  • Monitor client social channels, helping to respond to comments and messages.
  • Research cultural trends, platform updates, and creative ideas for content.
  • Help collect and organise analytics to track campaign performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and team meetings.
