Job description

Our client is a fast-growing health & wellness brand with a strong, emotionally driven product that genuinely improves people’s lives. Social media plays a central role in how they connect with their community, and they’re now looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to join their close-knit Brand team.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their social career who lives and breathes social media, loves creating content, and wants to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You’ll sit within the Brand team, reporting into the Head of Brand, and working closely with the Social Media & Content Manager. Strategy is already in place - this role is all about bringing it to life through great content and execution.

What you'll do:
  • Creating and adapting social content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Designing fast, on-brand graphics using Canva
  • Editing short-form, social-first video content using CapCut / Edits
  • Scheduling and publishing content across channels
  • Actively engaging with the community through comments, DMs and tags
  • Supporting social channels via a light out-of-hours DM rota (around 30 minutes, once or twice a week)

Short-form video is a growing focus for the brand, with plenty of opportunities for reactive, behind-the-scenes and lo‑fi content.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in social media or community management (agency or in‑house).

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are confident creating content yourself, particularly graphics and short‑form video
  • Are naturally plugged into social media trends and platform behaviour
  • Can work quickly, adapt easily and stay calm in a changing environment
  • Enjoy taking ownership
  • Have a genuine interest or passion for wellness, gut health, nutrition or health science - this is strongly preferred
  • Care about people’s stories and the real impact health brands can have

Experience with social scheduling tools is helpful, but your content instincts, creativity and executional ability matter most.

💸 Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
🏡 Logistics: Farnham, 3 days a week in the office (driving is essential due to the office location)

This is a high‑growth, fast‑moving business where resilience and adaptability are key. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative Brand team within a wider marketing function - a supportive, creative group with a strong sense of ownership and pride in the product.

The learning opportunity here is significant, making this role a strong addition to any early‑stage social media career.
