Role Description

We are seeking aFreelance Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support an initial60–90 day project, managing the brand’s digital communications and launch activity.

The role focuses on executing the day-to-day delivery of marketing content — from social scheduling and email campaigns to coordinating with photographers, PR partners, and ad specialists — ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all channels.

This is afreelance, remote position, reporting directly to the founder.

There is potential for the role to evolve into along-term or full-time marketing position as the brand continues to grow internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and post organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Write and edit on‑brand captions and marketing copy.
  • Coordinate creative assets with photographers, videographers, and designers.
  • Manage and build client emails and newsletters (Mailchimp).
  • Liaise with PR and paid ad partners to align creative direction.
  • Monitor and report on engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
  • Utilise AI tools to assist with insights, content ideation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Maintain a clean, consistent, luxury visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media and marketing forluxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva / Adobe Express, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with paid media coordination and influencer / PR management.
  • Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Data‑aware and confident analysing engagement metrics.
  • Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT) preferred.
