Overview

Social Media and Marketing Assistant: Permanent. Full-time, term time only, plus 2 weeks = 37 weeks.

Are you a creative person with a passion for social media and digital content?

We are looking for a talented social media and marketing assistant to join our dynamic school. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead our online presence and be part of one of the most successful prep schools in south west London.

As the lead person on social media you will advise the Senior Leadership team and work under the direction of our Creative Marketing Manager. You will be expected to produce engaging social media content that reflect the school’s ethos and strengths working with our key stakeholders – pupils, teachers and parents. You will also be expected to assist other marketing activities and support our recruitment and admissions events.

Applicants must have demonstrable experience, as well as the ability to think and plan ahead and co-ordinate a number of ongoing projects across several different areas.

Your completed application form should include a covering letter summarizing your suitability for the role.

To be successful you will
  • have a pro-active approach to planning and prioritising work with high professional standards.
  • have good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • have experience of creating social media content.
  • have experience of using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Hootsuite.
  • be educated to degree level or NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • be willing to give generously of your time to support school events and activities.
