A growing fashion brand in London is seeking a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness through organic social media and influencer strategies, managing content creators, and executing impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, particularly within fashion or lifestyle brands. Role Overview:
As Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Chelsea Peers, you will be responsible for executing our organic social media and influencer strategy, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable campaign results. Alongside this, you will play a key role in developing seasonal strategies that ensure our campaigns remain timely, relevant, and commercially impactful.
You will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all organic social and influencer initiatives are fully aligned with brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and 360° campaign plans. In this role, youll lead the creative direction of organic social channels, manage the Content Creator, and contribute hands-on by producing content when needed. As a confident on-camera presence, youll also step in as a brand voice and face across selected content, helping bring Chelsea Peers personality to life.
Alongside this, youll take ownership of influencer activity, managing both paid and organic partnerships including through events, gifting strategies, and affiliate programmes, ensuring campaigns deliver strong results and strengthen brand presence.
