Measurement & Reporting
- Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media and influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Data Translation: Deliver insightful, comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly articulate performance, trends, and opportunities to the brand team, regional leadership, and global counterparts.
- Actionable Strategy: Proactively identify performance gaps and successes, translating data insights into concrete, actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Infrastructure & Tools
- Platform Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for social media listening, monitoring, and measurement tools, including but not limited to Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Creator IQ, and Tubular.
- Tool Management: Ensure the optimal configuration and usage of all measurement and reporting platforms to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Global & Regional Alignment: Work closely with the regional team in London while collaborating extensively with global teams.
- Team Support: Provide analytical support and mentorship to current team members, elevating the overall data literacy and measurement capabilities of the brand team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Analyst to provide the essential infrastructure and expertise to measure, analyze, and optimize our performance across all channels.
Qualifications
- Senior Experience: 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in social media, digital marketing, or marketing analytics, with a focus on measurement and performance analysis – this is a definite senior-level role.
- Measurement Focus: Recent and deep experience specifically in the measurement space for social media and/or influencer marketing.
- B2C Context: Ideally, previous experience working within a fast-paced B2C (Business-to-Consumer) business environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Proven, hands‑on experience utilizing key industry measurement and listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Creator IQ, and Tubular.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to work with large datasets, distill complex information, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
