Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality seeks a Creative Social Media Ambassador to showcase life at our student accommodation. You’ll craft authentic content revealing life as a resident, the space, and the local area to attract prospective and current residents.

Leading on day-in-the-life videos, tours, and behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll work with the Space team to publish engaging posts and stories across TikTok and Instagram, while maintaining flexibility for your study schedule.

Qualifications

• Creative and confident at producing social media content.
• Interest in TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good video editing skills and eye for engaging content.
• Enthusiastic about student life and Space community.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content, including day-in-the-life videos and room tours.

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Ambassador to help showcase life as a resident at our student accommodation. Through engaging social media content. You will capture what it’s really like to live at our Student Accommodation, creating content that gives prospective and current residents an insight into student life, the accommodation and everything the local area has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content, including day-in-the-life videos, room tours and behind-the-scenes glimpses of life at Space.
• Showcase resident events, activities and experiences within the accommodation.
• Highlight interesting things to see and do around your city that residents can enjoy.
• Film and edit short-form video content suitable for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Send edited videos to the Space team for review and scheduling.
• Capture Instagram Stories when attending selected events, where required.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone creative, confident and comfortable creating social media content.
• An interest in TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends.
• Someone who can take initiative and come up with fresh content ideas.
• Good video editing skills and an eye for engaging content.
• Someone who is enthusiastic about student life and showcasing the Space community.
