Job description

As the Social Insights Executive, you’ll be responsible for thinking about impact, results and learnings to ensure we take an insight led approach to all social content we create within the team. You’ll be working across all Social Media Reporting, compiling and presenting daily, weekly, monthly and campaign reports. You will work closely with the Social and Content Analyst to ensure they are creating best in class reporting and building insight led strategy.

Responsibilities include :
  • Utilising our Social analytics tools to create best in class, insight led reports for all of our social content output across daily, weekly, monthly & campaign reporting, with the ability to report across Organic & Paid content
  • Provide analysis of what's working and what's not working and presenting that back to the social / creative team to inform their content creation and publishing schedules.
  • Accurate data pulls from our analytics tools to inform the metrics used in our reporting, including manual data collection for weekly content / formats
  • Working with multiple internal teams to deliver insight led reports across Brand Campaigns, surfacing insights to inform campaign briefs, as well as showcasing end of campaign learnings
  • Assessing the performance of our social content in order to provide insights on how to step up content creation
  • Responsible for the correct data tagging of content within reporting / scheduling tools
Experience :

You will have 1-3 years experience at a brand, content / media agency within a social media team, or at a social platform, and will have a key focus on social reporting & analysis with an understanding of the content creation process for social media. Some specific skills we’re looking for include :

  • An enthusiastic team player with a genuine obsession for social media
  • A keen interest in pulling data and writing social media reports across BAU and campaigns including all Social Media Channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Experience in surfacing insights from data and analysing key learnings for social content
  • Experience in presenting reports to multiple stakeholders and able to clearly discuss learnings
  • An understanding of key Social Media metrics, KPIs & objectives
  • Strong experience using Social Analytics platforms & tools – Brandwatch experience is a plus and also Spinrklr, Hootsuite, Quintly, Creator IQ, Tribe.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to format, filter & handle data
  • An understanding of how Social Media content / formats / channels can be used together to hit key objectives & KPIs
  • Experience of working within a Social Media team, with an understanding of the end to end content creation process from idea through to content going live on channel
  • Must have a real interest in social media platform changes and news, committed to exploring how the client might maintain a first-move advantage on each channel.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
  • An interest in fashion, trends and pop culture our 20-something audience love
  • Not mandatory but experience with Power BI is welcomed
