A leading education company in the UK is looking for a passionate Sustainability Manager to oversee social impact initiatives. This role involves supporting community engagement, developing employee programs, and reporting on social impact outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and strong communication skills. Hybrid work is available.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sustainability Manager who is skilled at building both internal cross-discipline, and external cross-sector partnerships that will underpin Pearson's social impact programmes. This is a high-energy, delivery-focused role, where you will be comfortable navigating complexity, coordinating across teams and driving progress independently with support and guidance from Pearson colleagues. The Sustainability Manager will also work cross functionally to implement an employee engagement programme and help shape communications to encourage participation and promote Pearson's work in this area.
Location: This position offers a hybrid working model from our Central London office, but remote applicants from across the UK will also be considered.
