Job Title: Social Impact Manager
Location: Sheffield, UK, flexible hybrid or remote basis,
About the role:
At Westfield Health we exist to make a healthy difference to people’s lives, and this role is central to turning that belief into impact. Our mission is rooted in tackling the health inequities and social deprivation that surround our communities, with Sheffield as our epicentre. With no shareholders and a commitment to reinvesting one per cent of our revenues (exceeding £1m a year) directly back into society, we have both the freedom and the responsibility to drive meaningful change. We know that the right intervention, delivered with the right intent, can significantly shift outcomes, especially for young people whose futures are shaped by the opportunities and confidence we help create.
The Social Impact Manager will operate as the ambassador and driving force behind our charitable movement. This is not simply the stewardship of grants, partnerships, and governance, though those things matter and must be executed with excellence. It is the opportunity to guide charities, community groups, and social organisations to think bigger, be bolder, and believe they can achieve more than they imagined. You will help shape the agenda for change, unlock value through partnerships, amplify stories of transformation, and ensure that every investment of money, time, and expertise is purposeful and measurable. In doing so you will help us be a catalyst for aspiration, equity, and improved health outcomes, creating a legacy of impact that echoes far beyond the projects we fund.
