Social Housing Property Administrator

£25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Housing Property Administrator in Dartford, Kent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of property management and tenant relations. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of social housing properties
  • Communicate with tenants to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues or concerns
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, tenants and landlords
  • Monitor and manage utility usage and switch providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties and tenants
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management for social housing properties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Social Housing is preferred; applicants with experience in property management administration or a related field will also be considered
  • Strong understanding of social housing regulations and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Knowledge of maintenance coordination and budgeting
