Job summary
Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Multi Trader for a permanent role in Sidcup. Start date ASAP. You will carry out maintenance works on domestic properties, primarily carpentry with basic multi-trade tasks. A valid UK driving licence and own van are required; social housing experience is essential. PDA proficiency is needed to organise and complete jobs.
Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 with no weekend work. A van and fuel card are supplied, with additional earnings possible via call-out rota.
Qualifications
- Must have full UK driving licence
- Must have own van
- Previous social housing experience
- Experience using a PDA
Responsibilities
