Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi in social housing or similar.
• Trade qualifications in plumbing or carpentry (desirable).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across trades, mainly carpentry.
