Qualifications

• Candidates must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject.
• Recent experience in a similar role within social housing is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs to properties from leaking taps to doors.
• Coordinating maintenance duties within Social Housing.
• Maintaining van stock and ensuring it is restocked.

Skills

Compliance with Building Safety legislation

Recent experience in social housing

Ability to work to deadlines

Skills in plumbing, joinery, carpentry, and plastering

Health and safety regulations knowledge

Full valid UK driving licence

Education

NVQ Level 2 in a core subject

Unvented - G3 Certificate (if Plumbing Level 3 is required)

Water Regulations (WRAS)
