Job summary

Mission Mars is seeking a talented Videographer & Photographer to bring Rudy's Napoletana and Albert's Schloss to life through compelling visual storytelling. You will create social-first video and photography capturing the atmosphere, energy and personality of our venues.

You’ll spend much of your time on-site, transforming moments into Instagram Reels, Stories and photography while supporting CRM, websites, PR and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional videography/photography experience.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating video and photography work.
• Excellent video editing skills with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Strong photography skills with composition, lighting and storytelling.
• Experience creating engaging short-form content for social platforms (Instagram).
• Confident shooting in busy live hospitality environments.
• Experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle or entertainment brands is advantageous.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating watch-worthy content.

Responsibilities

• Capture high quality video and photography across Rudy's and Albert's Schloss.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories and photography for social media.
• Film food, drinks, live entertainment and guests in fast-paced settings.
• Edit short-form video to a high standard with music, pacing and captions.
• Produce photography for social media, CRM, websites and PR.
• Plan shoots around campaigns, launches and key trading periods.
• Build and maintain a high quality library of assets.
• Collaborate with venue teams to capture compelling moments.
• Stay up to date with visual trends and social formats.
