  • Track and report on social content production spend, supporting budget administration alongside the wider team

Reporting and Optimisation

  • Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure performance against social objectives

  • Analyse social media performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights — preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders

  • Continuously monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to refine the social strategy

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and align cross‑functional teams around shared priorities

  • Experience raising purchase orders and supporting production budget administration

  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to social media and content, used to enhance output quality and efficiency

  • Experience developing personal AI workflows to improve content planning, scheduling, or reporting
