Job Description
The Social Creative Lead will work across both always-on and campaigns.
- Always-on: Driving engagement and brand favourability through regular franchises, reactive content and community engagement (organic/boosted)
- Campaigns: Shaping and executing social-first ideas for global campaigns and programmes (paid and earned)
Your role will include:
- Creating market-leading, attention-grabbing content - from film and copy to motion and design - for global social feeds.
- Overseeing and crafting work from start to finish: capturing/directing shoots, writing and editing copy, and, ideally, getting hands-on with light design.
- Building and evolving a successful channel strategy: content calendars, franchise development, all tackled with a constant test-and-learn mindset.
- Driving creative excellence: deep engagement, measurable growth, and work that earns attention and touches culture across markets.
- Developing responses-to-briefs and go-to-market plans for key moments and events throughout the year.
- Starting and shaping conversations - creating dialogue around ideas that matter.
- Leading multi-format storytelling: copy, imagery, GIFs, video, interactive content - and knowing when to use which.
- Owning tone of voice and visual identity for all social channels (supported by design).
- Partnering with a network of creators to bring diverse voices and highly engaging content to channels.
- Collaborating with strategy, analytics and creative teams to learn from performance data and evolve content.
- Helping to define our growing social capability, and helping to hire and mentor junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Creative Lead should have:
- Proven experience as a Social Creative and Content Creator working on innovative brands which have been disruptive in social media.
- A portfolio showcasing beautiful, storytelling films - both high production and scrappy social.
- Personal passion for or professional experience in the wellbeing space.
- Experience working with creators.
- Keen interest in AI and its uses in making film for social.
- A willingness to contribute to a positive, inclusive working culture.
