Role Purpose

We’re looking for a visionary Social Creative Director to lead the charge in shaping how brands show up in the social space. You’ll be the driving force behind thumb-stopping content, platform-native ideas, and culturally resonant campaigns that spark conversation and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to develop breakthrough social-first ideas across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)
• Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with strategy and media teams to ensure ideas are insight-driven, audience-relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
• Content Innovation: Champion new formats, trends, and technologies.
• Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the evolving social landscape and selling in bold creative ideas.
• Team Development: Mentor and grow a team of social creatives, copywriters, designers, and content creators.
• Performance Mindset: Work closely with analytics and media teams to optimize content based on performance data and audience behaviour.

• Proven experience leading social creative at a top-tier agency or brand.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviours, trends, and algorithms.
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.

• Ability to pitch, present, and sell ideas with clarity and passion.
