About the Position

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media. This role involves identifying key podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence.

You should have experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that aligns with each show’s brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase podcast visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Use Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus to create clips aligned with the podcast’s tone.
  • YouTube growth & optimisation: Enhance channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Create and manage visual content using AI tools, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Write engaging, inspirational copy using AI, reflecting each podcast’s values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, report findings, and refine strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success growing social media and YouTube channels with increased views and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
  • Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Graphic design experience for creating engaging visuals such as thumbnails and carousels.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and content priorities.
