About the Role

We are seeking a Social Content Editor to help shape and deliver compelling factual content across social and video platforms. You will work with writers and researchers to develop stories from initial idea to final script, ensuring accuracy, clarity and strong narrative flow. The role requires journalistic rigour, creative storytelling instincts and the ability to collaborate effectively within an editorial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support writers with constructive, actionable feedback
  • Shape story development, narrative structure and editorial direction
  • Identify and explore new topics and content ideas
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of research and factual accuracy
  • Help support and nurture a collaborative editorial team culture
Skills and Experience
  • At least three years of journalism experience, ideally including social or video led formats
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong scripting ability
  • Experience managing editorial workflows or complex projects
  • Strong sense of narrative and ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging stories
  • High journalistic standards and strong research skills
  • Organised working style, confident communication and ability to navigate feedback constructively
