Are you a passionate Social Content Creator who lives to make thumb-stopping video – and is ready to make an impact on one of the UK’s fast-growing fintech brands? Chip, the savings and investments app, is looking for a talented social video creator to join our fast-paced and friendly Marketing team – and help us redefine personal finance through exceptional social content. If you’re an expert when it comes to social video (fast-paced edits, Reels that hook you in the first second, and videos that guarantee even the driest topics make it into the group chat) we want to hear from you!

The role
You'll sit in our in-house creative Brand Team, working hand-in-hand with our Social Media Exec, but also our designers, copywriters and performance marketers.

You’ll have the creative freedom, kit and space to make standout work. One day you might be filming in the office, the next vox-popping on the streets of London, or creating a smart and witty explainer on ISA news (yes, it’s possible).

We’re after a sharp creative mind with big ideas and the hands-on skills to bring them to life – camera, lighting, editing, sound, storytelling. Someone ambitious who’s not just chasing likes, but great work.

What you can expect to be doing
  • Filming and editing scroll-stopping video content, from ideation to final cut
  • Working with the Social Media Exec to come up with original ideas for content – then making them happen
  • Creating a variety of assets, from 15-second Reels to 3-minute explainers
  • Collaborating with the Brand and Growth teams to make sure every frame ladders up to a smart strategy
  • Keeping up with trends, formats and platforms – and putting your own spin on them
What we’re looking for
  • A strong reel/portfolio of previous video work (please share it! Even if it’s simply your TikTok feed)
  • Filming and editing experience, ideally with Sony DSLRs
  • A fast mover – able to shoot, edit and ship content quickly without compromising on quality
  • Someone with a great eye and attention to detail, but who knows when to prioritise pace over perfection
  • A good communicator who’s comfortable working across teams and briefs
  • Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Audition
  • Bonus if you’re into fintech or finance, but not essential

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
