IRIS London is seeking a Social Community Creative for our PR + Social team. You’ll spend your days exploring TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, fandoms and emerging corners of the internet, spotting opportunities for brands to participate in meaningful, entertaining and useful ways.

You’ll turn conversations into creative ideas, shoot on a phone, work with creators and help bring ideas to life at the speed of social across major campaigns for big brands.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in community management or social-first content.
• Genuine obsession with the internet and culture.
• Strong creative instinct and constant idea generation.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to shoot social-first content and film behind the camera.
• Experience building distinctive brand voices.
• Excellent writing skills with a natural feel for internet language.
