Support Worker - 12 Weeks Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: NG8, Nottingham
Pay: £13.70 per hour + £50 flat overnight fee
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am)
Contract: 12 weeks temp to perm
Hours: 36 hours per week (Days or Nights)
Start date: Immediate start available
Annual Leave (on perm): 28 days including bank holidays

About You

We’re looking for someone caring, resilient, and genuinely motivated to make a difference.

Essential

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or behaviours that challenge.
• A valid Enhanced DBS (Adult or Child & Adult Workforce) – this must be on the Update Service or you must be willing to obtain one.

Desirable

• Qualifications in Health & Social Care or Residential Care (not essential – your experience and attitude matter most).
