Job summary

Adult Social Care is seeking caregivers to help provide personal care and support to residents in a care setting. Training and mentoring are provided to help you become a skilled professional from day one.

You will participate in activities, follow care plans, and maintain accurate daily records, contributing to residents’ safety, happiness and fulfilling lives. This role offers opportunities to grow and engage in various activities alongside the residents.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
