Job summary

Choice Care is seeking a part-time Social Care Worker to join our team in a residential setting. The role involves supporting residents with personal care, administering medications, and taking part in daily activities and outings. Training is provided with a clear career path from day one.

Salary:£12.80 to £12.80Hour(A higher range is offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care)

Key duties


  • Assisting those we care for with their personal care needs

  • Medication administration

  • Assisting and getting involved indaily activities, hobbies or outings

  • Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures

  • Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with those we care for

  • Maintaining written and electronic daily records

  • Attending and completingtraining, as required

Where willyou work?

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This six-bed residential property supports young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. The home was extensively refurbished in 2013 and now provides six en-suite bedrooms, five on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast kitchen, dining room, games room and lounge.
