Job description

I am a young boy living in Penlan. I was born with a short bowel, this does not stop me in my day to day life but it does mean I eat little and often. I am a happy go lucky boy I am very easy going and I like attention. I am also very energetic.

I am looking for a PA to take me out and keep me busy.

Car driver required.

Hours of work
4 hours per week in term time
8 hours during school holidays

Rate of pay: £12.21

Tasks involved.
• Take me to the park
• Take me to Buzz trampoline park
• Take me to McDonalds
• Accompany me to my chosen place

• Be willing to undertake any training identified as relating to the post e.g. Manual Handling Course, Basic First Aid

Concerning the position

You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly with appropriate holiday pay calculated. A DBS will need to be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs are met by Swansea council.
