Overview

Adventure Buddy Wanted, for one amazing little explorer… A private client seeks a Personal Assistant who can drive to exciting places for a child with ASD, PICA, and GDD. The child is energetic, enjoys water, sand, sensory activities, soft play zones, and Peppa Pig. The role requires someone who can listen, understand, and bring fun while supporting communication by showing and taking. The family prefers the assistant to be home by 18:00 for the evening routine.

Hours and Pay

Term time: 4 hours/week, up to 10 miles. School holidays: 8 hours/week, up to 15 miles. £13.13 per hour.

Concerning the position

A six-month probationary period will apply. Salary will be paid monthly. Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis. A DBS must be processed prior to commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where the applicant is eligible.
