Job description
Overview

I am a young lady who suffers from epilepsy. I live in Swansea and am looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to accompany me with school runs from Monday to Friday. The PA will pick us up in the morning, take us to school, drop me home, and then perform the reverse in the afternoon. A car driver is essential.

Hours of work

AM pick up: 8:15–8:20 am, Monday to Friday. PM pick up: about 2:45 pm or slightly earlier, Monday to Friday.

Rate of pay

£12.21 per hour.

Concerning the position

You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client, which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (annual leave calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS check MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea Council where the applicant is eligible.
