A local client support team in Swansea is seeking a Personal Assistant to help with school runs for a young lady with epilepsy. Responsibilities include picking up from home, taking to school, and the reverse in the afternoon. A reliable individual with a caring attitude, who can adapt to changing needs, is essential. A car driver is required, and training will be provided.
I am a young lady who suffers from epilepsy. I live in Swansea and am looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to accompany me with school runs from Monday to Friday. The PA will pick us up in the morning, take us to school, drop me home, and then perform the reverse in the afternoon. A car driver is essential.
AM pick up: 8:15–8:20 am, Monday to Friday. PM pick up: about 2:45 pm or slightly earlier, Monday to Friday.
£12.21 per hour.
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client, which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (annual leave calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS check MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea Council where the applicant is eligible.
