A local government authority in Wales is seeking a dedicated performance data officer to enhance the quality of performance data within Social Services. The successful candidate will manage reporting systems and ensure compliance with data requirements while collaborating with both Adults and Children's Services. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data handling, as well as proficiency in Power BI.
This role will support the improvement and quality of performance data within Social Services. The role will be responsible for the testing and quality assurance of current and new performance reports available to Social Services. The postholder will provide thorough feedback to the Business Intelligence Team and work with them to ensure reports are effective for Social Services staff. The role will work across both Adults and Children's Services and the postholder should be experienced in the handling of data and have knowledge of Social Services processes, legislation, and guidance. The postholder should have analytical and data management skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work under their initiative.
