Social Care Lawyer needed in Merton, £

UK qualified experienced childcare lawyer with a current acting practising certificate.

  • Experienced childcare solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales.
  • Full time.
  • Dealing with mixed caseload including care proceedings, EPOs, Secure/DOLs applications, Pre‑proceedings PLOs and JR matters.
  • Advocacy at straightforward case‑management hearings and other uncontested hearings required.
  • Hybrid working. In‑office attendance required once a week at one of the following locations: Kingston, Twickenham, Wandsworth or Merton.

This is a full‑time role on a temporary contract basis.
